Invalid Insurance Providers
Kelowna Bone & Joint Health has encountered some insurance companies who make it very difficult for our surgeons to obtain payment for services provided to patients travelling from out of country. We have chosen to classify those companies who are delinquent in their accounts by listing them as Invalid Insurance Providers. These insurance companies have been informed that their paying clients will be instructed to pay for services upfront out of pocket. Kelowna Bone & Joint Health will provide detailed receipts and appropriate reports for patients to obtain reimbursement by their chosen insurance company.
